Counselor
Roepke will help all victims and their families who, while stationed in Germany
or on vacation there, have suffered serious personal injuries or wrongful death
due to automobile, train or plane crashes or following the use of defective products.
Mr.
Roepke also acts as counsel for U.S. attorneys whose clients have claims and lawsuits arising in
Germany or need to enforce U.S. judgments in Germany.
His
practice, while located in Frankfurt/Germany, is limited to represent clients from the Unites States and Canada.
He advises and assists in enforcement of U.S. court judgments in Germany.
Mr. Roepke is an expert in German personal injury claims, German wrongful death claims and German product liability cases. He has been a member of ATLA (American Trial Lawyers Association) since 1985 and an associate member of ABA (American Bar Association) since 1992.
